Warranty Terms and Conditions
One year manufacturer warranty from the date of invoice, against all manufacturing defects only for all Femmyware products.
All Electrical parts have 6 months replacement warranty.
Any accessories like exhaust pipe and other additional fitting materials does not cover under warranty.
Any type of damages to body or any parts due to accidents or water ingress does not cover under warranty.
Failure of electrical parts due to lightning or over voltage does not cover under warranty.
On – site service available within and after warranty period (Charges applicable after warranty period ).
Warranty terms and conditions may differ with stock without prior notifications.
Final authority for inspecting and allow or disqualify the warrantyonly belongs to Rivera Infotech’s Regional technical heads.
For claiming warranty, product must be installed by our trained technician and must be at the same location where it was installed.
Customer must arrange enough electrical sources and Civil works recommended by our technician.
If a customer register a compliant in warranty period and while our technician checking the product, found there is no any failure, customer must pay labour cost, transportation charges etc. for the technician.
